Auxiliary hand lamp with solar cell technology and LED, made from organic materials, which presents an alternative solution to the Little Sun project of Olafur Eliasson, to increase the sustainability and access to electricity in the Mexican environment through endemic materials that are accessible to the majority of the population. The project was the winner of the Regional Design Exhibition at Tecnológico de Monterrey, winner of an honorable mention at the Conscious Design Awards by Wanted Design NY, exhibited at Hebei Design Week (China), mentioned in multiple forums and design articles in magazines such as Dezeen, Designboom, Architectural Digest, among others.

The use of the maguey cuticle as a product derived from the national production of the pulque, and that by means of sewing and moistening, it achieves the enough structure to contain the electronic components of a solar lamp, and so it can be reintroduced to a local circular economy that allows the manufacture of solar lamps with biodegradable materials available in the context.
